That the work will commence on the date you have been given and that the work will continue uninterrupted until completed.

That all work by our installers or any other tradesmen will be carried out in a professional manner to a high standard of workmanship and will comply to all relevant regulations and codes of practise.

That all work will be carried out so as to cause minimum inconvenience and disruption as possible. We will occasionally need to turn off the water supply and turn off your heating system. At all times you will be left with a toilet.

That the areas of work involved will be kept as clean and tidy as is practical throughout the working day and the area will be cleaned and tidied at the end of the working day. On completion of your bathroom all areas will be left clean and tidy and all debris and materials will be removed.

Sometimes we come across unforeseen problems that need to be rectified before we can continue with your bathroom installation, for example rotten floor boards and joists. Any unforeseen problems or complications which may arise will be brought to your attention immediately and we will discuss the appropriate course of action and cost implications before proceeding with the work.

All of our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion date, we will complete a satisfaction survey at the end of the renovation to ensure you are fully satisfied with the work done. Equipment guarantees vary depending upon the product and manufacturer.
